Passenergy is the 1st wireless solution that intelligently regulates the temperature of each room according to occupancy and reservation. The result ? 20 to 30% energy savings and an acceleration of the hotel’s energy transition.
How does it work? We install our IoT sensors in rooms, without wiring, which collect key information in real time (an open window, an absent guest…). We then take control of your existing heating system to automatically adjust the temperature.
What’s more ? Connected to your PMS, our solution gradually heats up the room before the guest arrives, providing a feeling of comfort as soon as he arrives, while relieving your operational teams.

All electrical equipment is switched off. The heating and air conditioning are reduced to the minimum temperature set by you.
When the guest leaves the room, apply an intermediate temperature and make smart savings.
Once back in the room, the guest enjoys a comfort temperature, set according to the limits you have set.
In this way, you avoid over-consumption of energy. If the window is opened, the heating or air-conditioning is switched off.

Comply with regulations
Comply with BACS and Tertiary decrees at no extra cost
Did you know? The BACS decree requires hotels to install a class A or B BMS (Building Management System) by January 1, 2025. And for larger units: before January 1, 2025 (rated power > 290 kW). However, most BMS are wired installations, requiring major work and costs. Passenergy is a Class A wireless BMS, making it possible to comply with the BACS decree, without any investment.
The French government supports you! Passenergy entitles you to energy saving certificates (CEE) under the BAT TH 116 scheme. So the installation costs you nothing, and we take care of all the paperwork.
Our aim ? To enable you to meet the objectives of the Tertiary Decree. This requires all hotels to reduce their energy consumption by -40% by 2030, -50% by 2040 and -60% by 2050.
